Wood Pellets
We also support with Wood pellets supply. These are compressed wood particles that are used as fuel. Wood pellets are produced by compressing sawdust and other wood residues into small, dense cylindrical pellets with diameter typical range from about 6-10mm and length of 10-30mm. This biomass source has the ability to meet global energy needs, with an energy content of around 16-18 MJ/kg (megajoules per kilogram). Our sources are in accordance to set regulations from forests across Nigeria, as well as from sawmills, woodworking shops, amongst others.
Palm Kernel shells
These are a byproduct of the palm oil production process that have gained significant attention as a renewable biomass resource due to their availability and energy content. The bulk density, typically ranging from 1.1 to 1.3 g/cm³, moisture content of around 10-12%, making them a suitable fuel with minimal drying required as well as a calorific value of approximately 15-18 MJ/kg. We also convert PKS into charcoal through pyrolysis, providing a high-energy and cleaner-burning alternative to traditional sources.
